STEP 2: Income Tax Information
Gather your most recent personal income tax return and send to us by either:
- Faxing to us at 866.676.8679, or
- Scanning/emailing to us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
Please do this within 5 days from the date of your Welcome Email. We need the custodial parent's tax return(s) and, if applicable, the student's as well.
Here are the specific forms we need, as applicable:
- W-2 Form(s)
- Form 1040 (Pages 1 & 2)
- Schedule A (Itemized Deductions)
- Schedule C (Business Income)
- Schedule E (Rental Real Estate, S-Corporations, etc.)
