The only information we need from you before you schedule your 1-hour appointment with us is the completed College Readiness Review Worksheet below. This worksheet only takes 4 to 5 minutes (max) to complete - honest! It provides us with some important information as we prepare for our meeting time with you. Having the following information handy will expedite your completion of the worksheet:
- Test Scores (PSAT/SAT/ACT), as applicable
- Student's top few college choice(s) currently (if any)
When you've completed the worksheet and click on the "Submit" button, you'll be automatically redirected to our Online Store for payment. Checkout is easy! If you've attended a live seminar or webcast, be sure to enter the discount code provided to you and hit the APPLY COUPON button before entering your credit card information.
When you've completed ordering your College Readiness Review from our Online Store, be SURE to check your email. You'll receive instructions on how to schedule your appointment using our Online Scheduling System (STEP 2), so have your Day-Timer handy!
After scheduling your appointment, we encourage you to complete STEP 3. This allows us to prepare some valuable reports for our meeting!
