Our Live Webinars provide an excellent medium for us to reach parents, students and counselors not only in our "home base" of southern California but all across the nation as we deliver relevant and often time-sensitive College Planning presentations. Attendees can view the presentation from the comfort of their home or office - or anywhere they have a computer (PC/MAC/laptop/netbook) with an internet connection.
The video component of the presentation is in a high-resolution PowerPoint-type format. The audio is provided digitally through VOIP (voice-over-internet) technology, NOT the telephone, so no more surprise long-distance charges! All that's required to listen in is an average set of computer speakers - external or built-in. The speakers in a laptop computer or netbook work great for our Live Webinars.
